There may be times when you're trying to access a page but you're unable to. Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to help diagnose what's going on:

Browser

Occasionally your browser, browser settings, or extensions might be to blame for content that won't load. You can quickly see if this is the case by trying to open the page in a different browser or an Incognito window.

Device

Are you able to see the page on a different device? If so, your device software may need to be updated. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to us.

Error Messages

Encountering a 404 or any other type of error? 404s typically occur when a page has been moved or deleted. Please reach out to us if this occurs so we can figure out whether or not this is an indexing issue. If you receive a different error message, follow the directions or reach out to us if you're unsure what to do.

Draft Sharing or Invite-only page

Sometimes a teammate might share a personal draft or a page from an invite-only category you don't have access to. Usually you can tell if this is the culprit because we'll let you know you don't have access to that page. If the page is a draft, your teammate can share it with you by enabling draft sharing. If it's located within an invite-only category, your teammate will need to invite you to the category before you can access the page.
