Regular Tettra subscriptions are monthly, with billing happening once per month.  That month's charge will include the cost per user of all active users plus any prorated charges from new users added mid-month since the last billing cycle.

After each monthly charge a receipt will be emailed to the email address on file for the account, which is normally the email address associated with the Slack account for the team member who created the Tettra account.

If you need to change the email address for the receipts just shoot us a message using the chat widget at the bottom right.
