We use a 3rd party API from OpenAI to do the question-answering. We only send relevant content to answer a question when it’s being asked. They don’t use the data we send them for any training, so it remains private to your team.
Yes! You can ask questions in other languages and get answers from pages in other languages - even in non-Latin alphabets.
If Kai can't find the answer to a question you ask, you will have the opportunity to ask a team member to answer your question instead.
